uverse television trouble shooting and repair. Light fiber optic placement and splicing.

Went to central office for a year and learned voice and data main frame terminating

and wiring. Transferred to construction for placing and installation of new cabling and

terminals. Transferred to a group to prep outside cables for uverse TV. Transferred to a

national uverse TV call center to make and take customer and employee phone calls.

Schedule and resolve customer and technician issues. Very well trained in all phases of

telecommunications. Took training classes in all areas including customer service and

safety.
